Laura Ross, PMHNP-BC Medical Director |
“I have been working in psychiatry since 2006. I started working in the Emergency Room at an urban hospital in Cleveland Ohio which gave me a drive and passion to help and protect the rights of those with substance abuse and mental illness. I became a Psychiatric RN in 2010 and worked in a variety of settings. This experience was both humbling and made me more determined to continue my fight for all to have access to quality care. In 2012 I graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio with my Masters in Nursing and started my path to fulfilling my ultimate goal.
As a Nurse Practitioner, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and substance abuse. At GenHealth, we have a truly interdisciplinary approach to psychiatric care. We all share in the belief that we have a responsibility to care for each other with compassion, dignity and love for one another. I am looking forward to having GenHealth be your partner to health and recovery.” |

David Ross, PharmD Chief Administrative Officer |
“Throughout my career, I have been looking for ways to assist people on their way to health and well-being through helping manage medications, having meaningful conversations and understanding the holistic approach that it takes to truly assist individuals in reaching their healthcare goals. I received my B.S. in Microbiology from The University of Arizona in 2013 and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Idaho State University in 2018. Having transitioned from the role of managing a major retail pharmacy, I understand the need to both clinically significant and practical solutions to your therapy. As the clinic’s Pharmacist on staff, I’m excited to be in a unique position to answer any medication and therapy questions you may have, whether it being in a visit with your provider or on a one-on-one basis. I look forward to being part of your personal healthcare team!”

Adam Kristevski, PsyD | “I am a psychologist with a decade of clinical experience working with individuals struggling with mental health challenges and medical conditions. I have worked at Veterans Hospitals, outpatient clinics and at an integrated primary care center. My doctoral dissertation was on Fibromyalgia and my postdoctoral fellowship focused on integrated treatment approaches for Veterans with chronic pain. I enjoy assisting individuals who are seeking to better understand themselves and who face the complex challenges of living in our modern world. I strive to offer those with whom I work a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of hope. To achieve these goals I utilize a flexible and multi-modal treatment approach grounded in psychology, behavioral medicine, existentialism and faith/spirituality. I view therapy as a safe space in which individuals are free to express themselves and articulate their life-story without fear of judgement. My personal interests include marital arts, coffee, history and spending time with my family.”

Since graduating with my Masters in nursing, I am fulfilling my goals of providing my community with the absolute best care possible through advocacy, health promotion, disease prevention and education, ensuring everyone can live their most fulfilled life. I look forward to continuing working with my community and providing the support they deserve.”
Chloe Thomas, MS, LPC |
“I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with vast experience in mental health. I am experienced in providing therapeutic needs and mental health services to the adult prison population as well as individuals within our community. I believe that mental health services or lack of thereof, are directly correlated with high recidivism rates in the state of Arizona, therefore, I inspire to not only implement rehabilitation, but encourage those to work on the very core of traumas and/or internal struggles that influence crime.
I hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University of which was earned through coursework of diverse classes related to the field as well as an integrated practicum in which I earned from Lifeline Professional Counseling Services. There, I worked closely with professionals who specialized in family counseling, trauma, substance abuse, and couples’ survival. I also facilitated multiple group therapy sessions which consisted of comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy that was tailored for the youth. As I continue my journey, I am excited and honored to continue to provide quality mental health services tailored to our community.” |

Lindsay Burris, PMHNP-BC |
“I was born and raised in a small farming community in Ohio, and moved to Arizona with my husband in 2022. I went into the Air Force directly out of high school because I didn’t know what I wanted to do in college. Little did I know, that would be the start of my career in the medical field, and where I would find a passion for helping others. I finished my Bachelors degree at Ohio University and my Masters at Indiana Wesleyan University. I believe mental health is equally as important as physical health, and I’m excited to help others in that area of their life. In my free time I enjoy hiking, baking/cooking, reading, running, snowboarding, and traveling. Of all the things I enjoy, being a mom and a wife are my favorite, and the two things I’m most proud of.” |
